Adobe Launches Photoshop Element 14 and Premiere Elements

Thanks to Adobe because your smartphone videos and photos are about to get a major upgrade. The software giant new versions of Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements, to Photoshop and Elements it is more affordable counterparts and aimed at hobbyists and consumers.

Adobe’s Bob Gager wrote in a blog post: The new Elements 14 software uses “content intelligence, automated features and a friendly interface to help you effortlessly turn your quick snapshots and video clips into amazing photos and movies”.

The People view should stack your photos and recognize faces better by person during import and simplifying the process of tracking them down later. Places view is also enhanced by Adobe, so that you can assign locations to videos and photos. Also you can view them on a map and the Events View clusters media by date range.

New Shake Reduction feature is also associated in the Photoshop Elements 14, Adobe called it as “your selfies best friend” that lets you to remove any blurs from unsteady hands by simply click. To help you sharpen up backgrounds there is a new Haze Remover.

The new Photoshop Elements features include: like hair and pet fur, a new Fine Detail Selection option that lets you paint loosely over things, step-by-step help for adding of resizing photos and motion blurs and for automated editing Smart Looks is also available. Smart Looks will analyze the color, subject and lighting of your photos and also it gives you five edits that “fit perfectly” Adobe said.

The revamped software boasts for new motion titles for Premiere Elements 14 and for Color Pop there is a new guided edit feature, in a scene it lets you pop one color and make everything else black and white; step-by-step help for creating slow-motion effects and 4K Ultra HD content is supported. In one place Adobe moved all the audio features together.

Adobe’s Gager wrote “Since you always have your smartphone or tablet with you, you’re probably taking more photos and videos than ever before” and “It’s great that you can easily capture these moments, but … you don’t want to have to worry about things like lighting, composition and trying to get the perfect shot or video. We built this version with the goal of helping you stay in the moment.”
